Clear boundaries for information and access
Effective 24 August 2026. These terms cover the public website and the China Trip Toolkit. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
About China Travel OS
China Travel OS is an independently operated digital travel-information publication based in China. Contact: support@travelchinaos.com.
Public travel information
Public guides are provided for general planning and educational use. Travel rules, schedules, prices, opening hours, transport operations and provider policies can change. Users remain responsible for checking decisive, time-sensitive information with the responsible authority or provider.
China Travel OS is not a government authority, travel agency, visa adviser, law firm, insurer, bank, medical service or emergency service. Information does not create a booking, guarantee entry, reserve a seat or replace professional advice.
China Trip Toolkit
The Toolkit is a self-service digital workspace sold as a one-time purchase of USD 10.00 before any tax shown at checkout. A successful provider-confirmed payment grants personal access for 90 days from the payment time. It does not renew automatically. Published public guides remain free.
The Toolkit includes a locally saved trip profile, structural itinerary feasibility check, phased planning checklists, reviewed Chinese communication cards, a responsibility finder, links to practical playbooks, a printable offline emergency pack, recovery notes and a travel-question builder. The feasibility check is not live schedule, route, opening-hours or ticket verification; communication cards do not guarantee staff understanding, allergy safety, booking acceptance or emergency response; and responsibility suggestions do not replace the decision of an authority or provider. Workspace choices stay in each browser and do not sync between devices. It does not include tours, tickets, accommodation, transportation, visa services, insurance, financial services, an AI subscription or one-to-one consulting.
Independent AI services
The question builder helps users structure a China travel question and provides links to independently operated services, currently including DeepSeek and Dola. China Travel OS does not submit prompts to those services, provide their accounts or subscriptions, control their availability, or guarantee their output. Dola may not be available in every country or region. Users who choose to open a provider deal directly with that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Users must not enter passport or identity numbers, payment credentials, passwords, verification codes, complete booking references, private home addresses, medical records or other sensitive information. Entry rules, schedules, prices, opening hours, reservations, payments, medical issues and emergencies must be confirmed with the responsible authority or provider before acting.
Checkout and Creem
Creem acts as merchant of record for the purchase, processes payment, calculates applicable indirect tax and provides receipts and its customer portal. The checkout is also governed by Creem's current Buyer Terms. If these product terms conflict with mandatory Creem buyer terms for its checkout, the Creem buyer terms control that payment relationship.
Access and permitted use
Access is for the purchaser's personal trip-planning use and may be activated on up to three browser or device instances where supported. A license key, access cookie or customer-portal link must be kept confidential. Users may not sell, share publicly, sublicense, scrape, systematically reproduce, bypass access controls or use the Toolkit to provide a competing product.
No password required
The checkout does not require a China Travel OS password. A verified purchase activates an encrypted browser session, and the license key in the Creem receipt can restore access on another browser within the activation limit. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate email address and protecting the receipt and license.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are used to keep the website and Toolkit available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Security, maintenance, provider outages or legal requirements may temporarily limit access. Material paid features will not be knowingly misrepresented at checkout.
Refunds, disputes and access termination
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. A completed refund ends the related Toolkit access. Access may also be suspended or revoked for a payment dispute, fraud, abuse, unlawful use or material breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website's original text, design and software are owned by or licensed to China Travel OS. Links and factual references to third-party services do not imply endorsement or partnership.
Responsibility and liability
Use reasonable judgment and independent backups when travelling. To the extent permitted by applicable law, China Travel OS is not responsible for losses caused by a traveller's decision, a third-party provider, changed official information, network failure or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. Terms applying at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits the purchaser. Questions can be sent to support@travelchinaos.com.
